After spending long in searching, Sonay and Nintendo's live-action movie titled "Legend of Zelda" has found a promising fit for its leading role. According to Shigeru Miyamoto's announcement on Nintendo's official X page this morning, Bragason will play Zelda with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link. The game is scheduled for release on May 7, 2027.

I am pleased to announce that for the live-action film of The Legend of Zelda, Zelda will be played by Bo Bragason-san and Link by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth-san,” and shared images of the pair in costume, and he continued, “I am very much looking forward to seeing both of them on the big screen.”
